Agenvik is an AI agent platform that trains on your business's own documents and deploys as a chatbot on your website, WhatsApp, or Slack — giving accurate, on-brand answers 24/7 without a support team behind every message.

Where this started

When we were working closely with early-stage businesses, we kept seeing the same pattern: companies had detailed, hard-won knowledge about their products, policies, and processes — and customers couldn't find any of it. The answers existed. They lived in PDFs, help articles, onboarding decks, and the inboxes of overloaded founders. Getting to them required either a 10-minute search or a human who was rarely available.

The tools that existed to solve this were either too heavy or too shallow. Enterprise AI deployments were priced for Fortune 500 teams and required months of integration work. Rule-based chatbots broke the moment a customer phrased something unexpected. General-purpose AI assistants were helpful in conversation but answered from the internet — not from the business's actual content — which meant confident responses that were frequently wrong.

We believed the underlying technology was finally good enough — retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, instruction-tuned language models. But no one had packaged it for the businesses that needed it most: the clinic with a two-person admin team, the real estate agency answering the same property enquiries every day, the SaaS startup whose founders were still in the support queue six months after launch.

So we built Agenvik. A platform where any business — without a data science team, without prompt engineering expertise, without weeks of setup — can turn their existing knowledge into a working AI agent in under an hour. Simplicity is a design decision, not a shortcut. If it requires a tutorial to use, we redesign it.
